From Soul Crushing to Goal Crushing: 21 Day Fix No Progress Day

Life just gets in the way sometimes. I had to travel for work today and it just wasn’t my day.

I had plans to workout in my hotel room when I got here, but that’s just not going to happen. My flight was delayed and I have an early morning and a very long day tomorrow. The first priority for me is sleep. Rest is too important for flying to miss.

Also, funny enough, due to the flight delay my planned nutrition went out the window. It’s a long story, but basically duel to the dynamic weather changes I ended up without my planned lunch. I ended up eating junk food from a bookstore in the terminal. I’m not thrilled to say the least.

Tomorrow will be tough, too. I’m hoping to get a workout in, but with my flight schedule tomorrow that might not happen either. It’s tough to stay fit as a pilot, I can attest.

Here’s hoping tomorrow surprises me!
