From Soul Crushing to Goal Crushing: 21 Day Fix Day 20 Dirty 30

I love the 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 workout!  It’s fast paced and strength building for my full body.  Four rounds of total body resistance moves.  Alternating side lunge, renegade row, sumo row, chest fly raise, squat lateral raise, tricep kickback, side bend, side plank raise, and the cool down.  A little bit of everything.

Even better is when I compare my performance today to three weeks ago, I can tell a clear difference.  I am taking fewer breaks, I can complete the moves, and I can stay in the game throughout the full time allotment.  I think I am primed and ready to move on to a more challenging program after I finish this round of the 21 Day Fix.

It’s a great way to spend my 20th day of the 21 Day Fix.  I’m excited to be near the end.  Only one day left.  Ahh!  I’m also excited that, now that I am home, I can do a much better job at concentrating on my nutrition.  It’s SO much easier finding vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins to make up the bulk of my diet.  Eating out on the road is fine, but it is so much easier staying on point when I am at home.  I’ve got my refrigerator stocked to the gills with fresh produce – it’s so colorful and delicious looking.  Yeah!!

Oh, and, how do you like my workout accountability picture for today?  Haha!  That’s my dog, Teddy, jumping up on the bed partway through my workout.  I love the action shot.  To think only a few months ago, he was on death’s doorstep and today he is doing so well.  Every day I am so grateful for the continued gift of having him here.  God’s blessings are so evident in this story!

I can’t wait for tomorrow to be done!  Hang on for the ride!!
